Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead ethical AI education across a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live instruction, and author digital learning content for attorneys, partners, and staff.

You will focus on practical workflow adoption across legal AI platforms, especially Harvey, and enterprise foundation models, guiding executive leadership in responsible AI usage.

Qualifications

4+ years of technical training, enablement, or consulting.
1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or workflows.
Hands-on Harvey AI or legal tech consultancy in a law firm.
Understanding of prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization and validation.
Experience building learning content within an LMS like Absorb.

Responsibilities

Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored paths for staff.
Create and maintain training materials, guides, prompts, and modules.
Deliver virtual and instructor-led training on real-world legal workflows.
Publish digital modules in Absorb LMS.
Roll out Harvey AI adoption and provide hands-on enablement for lawyers.
Coach on prompt engineering and foundation models like Claude/OpenAI/Grok.
Promote responsible AI practices and data privacy in training sessions.
Track attendance and feedback to refine training strategies.
