Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise AI education for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, and author digital learning content to guide attorneys, partners, and executives in effective AI use with Harvey and other foundation models.

The role emphasizes hands-on enablement, prompt engineering coaching, and governance practices, working closely with the central training team to ensure practical adoption

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training or enablement.
• 1+ year of experience training enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience training Harvey AI OR law-firm/legal tech consulting background.
• Strong understanding of generative AI mechanics like prompts, context, token usage, and output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and managing courses in modern LMS like Absorb LMS.
• Proven track record delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
• U.S. citizenship or LPR residing in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives across the firm, developing learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training focused on practical legal workflows.
• Publish digital learning modules within the firm's LMS (Absorb).
• Spearhead platform adoption for Harvey and educate on prompts, context window awareness, and token management.
• Provide governance training and guidance on responsible AI usage for confidentiality and compliance.
