Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives in effective and responsible AI usage. Focused on practical workflow adoption across Harvey and enterprise models.

The role emphasizes hands-on enablement, governance, and training delivery to drive adoption and impact across professional services.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
1+ years of dedicated experience training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
Hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI or experience in a law firm/legal environment as an AI or legal tech consultant.

Responsibilities

Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
Deliver virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity use cases.
Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
