Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead national firm-wide education initiatives, focusing on practical workflows and responsible AI usage.

You will design curriculum, deliver live and virtual training, and author content for attorneys and staff, with emphasis on Harvey and other enterprise AI platforms. Remote, national scope, requiring strong executive-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical training, enablement, or consulting experience.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Experience training on Harvey AI or in a law firm/legal tech environment preferred.
• Deep understanding of generative AI: prompts, context windows, tokens, validation.
• Experience creating learning content and administering courses in LMS platforms.
• Strong live virtual training delivery to professional audiences.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, prompts, and modules.
• Deliver live and virtual training focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity.
• Publish digital learning modules in Absorb LMS.
• Train for platform adoption with Harvey and other legal AI tools.
• Provide coaching on foundation models and token management; support executives.
