Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives across a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live and virtual instruction, and guide professionals on responsible AI usage, with a focus on Harvey and other enterprise AI tools.

You will create modular content, prompt libraries, and hands-on learning experiences, collaborating with the central training team to improve adoption and workflow integration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years of dedicated experience training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Direct hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI OR experience in a law firm/legal environment as AI/legal tech consultant.
• Deep practical understanding of generative AI mechanics, including prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Strong background delivering live virtual instructor-led training (vILT).
• U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card) residing in an approved state.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, and staff across the firm.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, prompts libraries, and modules.
• Deliver virtual and in-person sessions focusing on legal workflows and AI tooling.
• Publish learning modules in Absorb LMS and track usage.
• Roll out AI platforms with emphasis on Harvey and governance considerations.
• Coach on prompt engineering, token management, and context usage.
• Educate on data privacy, confidentiality, and ethical compliance in AI usage.
• Provide high-touch enablement to partners and executives.
• Establish SOPs for AI-enabled legal research and drafting.
