Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education and adoption of enterprise AI across a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live sessions, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives on responsible AI usage.

The role centers on practical workflow adoption of legal AI platforms (Harvey) and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok). Remote position with national scope.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on training with Harvey AI or experience in a law firm/legal environment as AI/legal tech consultant.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
• Experience developing content and administering courses in LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Strong live virtual instruction experience for professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives; create tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Develop training materials, guides, prompt libraries, and modular content.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital learning modules in Absorb LMS.
• Roll out and train users on Harvey and other enterprise AI platforms.
• Coach on prompt engineering, token management, and foundation models.
