Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement of AI tools for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live training, author digital content, and guide attorneys and partners on practical, responsible AI use.

You will focus on workflow adoption across platforms like Harvey and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok), train end users, and promote governance, confidentiality, and data privacy in daily legal work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience training on Harvey AI or in a law firm/legal tech environment.
• Deep practical understanding of generative AI mechanics: prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in modern LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Strong background delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
• U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver live and virtual training focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity.
• Publish digital learning modules in the firm's LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Spearhead rollout and adoption of Harvey AI and other enterprise models.
• Provide coaching on prompt engineering, token management, and model behavior.
• Educate employees on responsible AI practices, data privacy, and compliance.
