The role emphasizes practical workflow adoption for legal AI platforms (Harvey) and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok). Remote work is available nationwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical training, enablement, or consulting experience.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or AI workflows.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or law-firm AI tech consulting experience.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, context limits, and validation.
• Experience creating LMS content and delivering live virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths for legal staff.
• Develop materials, quick guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver live and virtual instruction for real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital modules in Absorb LMS and coordinate trainings.
