Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead AI education, adoption, and enablement across a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives on responsible AI use, focusing on Harvey and foundational models like Claude and OpenAI.

You will collaborate with the firm's training team, drive practical workflow adoption, and deliver high‑touch enablement across firm leadership.

Qualifications

4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
1+ years training enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
Hands-on training in Harvey AI or experience in a law firm/legal tech environment.
Understanding of prompt engineering, context window, token management, and validation.
Experience creating learning content and administering courses in LMS.
Experience delivering live vILT to professional audiences.
US Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency residing in approved states.

Responsibilities

Lead AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
Create and maintain training materials, guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
Deliver virtual and instructor-led training focused on legal workflows.
Publish digital modules in Absorb LMS and manage curriculum.
