You will be the trusted HR contact for employees, guiding them through leave, pay, and return-to-work processes, coordinating with HR, providers, and state agencies while maintaining records in Workday or UKG.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of leave administration and federal/state regulations like FMLA and ADA.
• Strong organization, confidentiality, and ability to juggle multiple time-sensitive cases.
• Experience with Workday or UKG preferred; proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage leave cases, review eligibility, and coordinate with HR, providers, and state agencies.
• Submit documents via state portals, track timelines, and facilitate return-to-work plans.
• Maintain absence records in Workday/UKG and support employee questions.
