Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC seeks an experienced Human Resources Leave Specialist to provide comprehensive support across a fast-paced, multi-site organization. You will manage the leave lifecycle, ADA accommodations, and reporting to drive compliance and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with HR and operations leaders to ensure timely, accurate leave processing, maintain documentation, and support SOP development in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a specialist role.
• Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Workday HRIS including transaction processing and reporting.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer the leave process and ensure timely RTW accommodations.
• Coordinate ADA accommodation requests and related follow-ups.
• Provide regular HR reporting and insights to leaders.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and company policies.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and HR process documentation.
