Job summary

Tufts Medicine seeks a Leave Administration professional to manage employee leaves from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with FMLA, PFML, ADA, and related policies. You will be the primary contact for employees, coordinating with HR, healthcare providers, and legal teams, and maintaining meticulous records in HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in HR or related field with leave case management experience.
• Experience with Leave of Absence programs and HR systems.
• Strong communication and confidentiality; knowledge of FMLA/PFML/ADA.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual leave cases from initiation to closure in compliance with laws and policy.
• Verify eligibility and accrued leave balances per FML requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for employees throughout the leave process and coordinate documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, HR, legal teams to gather and review documentation.
• Maintain accurate leave records in systems and respond to inquiries.
