The role ensures compliance with FMLA, ADA and state laws, handles documentation, determinations, and return-to-work planning, while explaining benefit impacts to employees.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR leave management, strong knowledge of federal/state leave laws, and experience with case management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in HR leave management or generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state leave and disability laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.).
• Experience with interactive process administration and absence management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete cycle of Family Care, Military, Pregnancy, Bereavement, and union leaves from request to return.
• Explain benefit impacts and process leave pay requests; communicate with employees.
