Colliers is seeking a highly experienced Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the transition lifecycle from discovery to handover. The role emphasizes accurate data migration, reporting, and process documentation in a remote-capable setup.

You will coordinate global teams, establish timelines, budgets, and governance, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality QC of lease abstractions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field required.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multiple commercial real estate database applications (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease).
• Thorough knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting principles preferred.
• Must be able to work independently, preferably remotely, with strong time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple projects concurrently and track accountability to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control for transition projects.
• Develop governance programs with clients, including reporting cadences and business reviews.
• Lead program initiatives and manage global team allocations to ensure service delivery.
• Provide training for lease administration systems and dashboards.
