Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations, manage transitions, and maintain data quality across global lease portfolios. You will drive governance, reporting, and training while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role supports remote work from various US locations, with a focus on delivering timely, accurate lease information, abstraction, and process improvements throughout onboarding and stabilization phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease or similar databases.
• Experience with multi-line global accounts (1,000+ leases).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Able to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition projects from discovery to handover to Lease Administration team.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget across transitions.
• Provide QC and data validation during onboarding.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards.
• Develop client governance programs and communication plans.
• Support RFI/RFP responses and client presentations.
• Oversee global team deliverables and training.
