Colliers International is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations and oversee the transition lifecycle. You will manage timelines, data migration, and governance, ensuring accurate lease data and effective client communication.

The role requires 10+ years in CRE lease administration, deep knowledge of CRE databases, and strong project management. This remote-capable position offers comprehensive benefits and a path to lead global transition programs.

Competenze

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with multiple CRE database applications such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease.
• Intermediate to expert level Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Thorough knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting rules and general accounting principles.
• Able to work independently, preferably remotely, with strong time management.

Mansioni

• Program manage transitions, including timelines, risk mitigation and action tracking.
• Lead regular client meetings and governance programs during transition.
• Oversee data migration and quality control across systems.
• Provide training on lease administration systems and dashboards.
• Review and validate recovery clauses, rent, CAM, and operating expenses.
• Maintain data integrity and prepare monthly forecasts and billing.
