Colliers International is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to oversee large-scale client implementations from discovery through stabilization. You will manage timelines, data migration, and quality control across global teams while maintaining strong client relationships in a remote-capable role.

The role requires deep knowledge of lease administration and multiple real estate databases, with a track record of project leadership and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multiple real estate database applications (CoStar, Yardi, ProLease, Apex, Visual Lease).
• Ability to work remotely with strong time management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage lease administration transition projects, including discovery, data extraction, migration, validation, and handover.
• Coordinate timelines, reports, and communication plans for client implementations.
• Oversee abstraction/ input of rental obligations and related lease information.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and maintain governance programs with clients.
• Produce and review dashboards and data mappings across Colliers systems.
