Colliers in the United States is seeking a seasoned Lease Administration professional to manage client implementations, data migrations, and transitions across multiple accounts from a remote, decentralized setup.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain governance, reporting, and client relationships while aligning with lease terms and budgets. The role emphasizes scalability and ongoing improvement through technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.
• 10+ years experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Proficiency with CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease or Viisual Lease.
• Strong time management and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration client implementations, and transitions across multiple accounts.
• Oversee data extraction, migration, abstraction, validation and onboarding.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and track scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain templates, governance programs, and reporting cadence.
• Provide QA and training to junior resources and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with global team to ensure timely and accurate lease information.
