Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations, manage transitions, and ensure accurate lease data across global teams. You will oversee discovery, data migration, abstraction, validation, and handover to the Lease Administration group, while maintaining strong client relationships and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or related fields.
• Intermediate to expert experience with multiple CRE database applications such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote).
• Independent, remote-work capable with strong time management and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Track and manage project team's accountability to scope, schedule, and budget for transitions.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control for transition projects.
• Prepare and lead weekly client calls and governance activities.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs and reporting cadence.
• Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
