Job summary

Colliers in the United States seeks a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations, manage vendor relationships, and drive onboarding from discovery through stabilization and handover.

You will oversee cycle management, develop reports, mentor junior staff, and ensure accurate abstraction of rental obligations while aligning with client agreements and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting and property management.
• Experience with multiple real estate databases (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease).

Responsibilities

• Lead transition lifecycle for client implementations from discovery to stabilization and handover.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope for transitions; track accountability.
• Provide QA on data and reports; mentor junior transition resources and ensure accuracy of lease data.

Education
