US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to lead the fixed asset and leasing accounting team, driving timely financial reporting and internal controls across divisions.

You will oversee month-end close, lease entries, reconciliations, and cash flow rollforwards, while building a capable team and delivering process improvements. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading projects, process improvements, and/or people.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience with Financial Shared Services or PeopleSoft GL a plus.
• Annual incentive plan bonus is part of compensation.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership to staff to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Oversee month and quarter end close process for leases and related entries.
• Manage reconciliations, rollforwards, and cash flow tie outs.
• Coordinate lease classifications, CoStar loading, and workflow reviews.
• Oversee lease extensions/terminations and related technical accounting.
• Own research of lease accounting issues and ensure internal controls.
• Perform financial analysis and reviews to identify issues and improve processes.
• Collaborate with regional finance, internal audit, and corporate accounting.
