US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to lead the fixed asset and leasing accounting team, driving accurate financial reporting across divisions. The role focuses on implementing group initiatives, internal controls, and process improvements while meeting KPI targets.

This position is Remote Anywhere—100% remote across the U.S.—with minimal travel. You will oversee lease close, journal entries, rollforwards, and reporting, while mentoring staff and coordinating with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• At least 1 year leading projects, process improvements, and/or people.
• Advanced skills using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Prioritization/Organization/Multi-tasking - able to organize their own work and deadlines.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related analytical field required (or related experience).
• MA/MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
• Oversee month and quarter end close process for leases.
• Includes monthly lease entries and reconciliations (within Blackline) and rollforwards.
• Includes monthly fleet funding and lease payment tie outs.
• Includes quarterly rollforwards and schedule supports for the Analytical Deck.
• Includes annual lease footnote preparation for 10-K disclosure.
• Oversee new lease classifications and loading into CoStar; perform workflow reviews.
• Lease extensions/terminations and maintenance within CoStar.
• Oversee all technical accounting transactions for assigned area.
• Research and resolve lease accounting issues.
• Perform tests of internal control procedures and financial analysis.
• Review complex balance sheet accounts and resolve issues.
• Travel minimal.
