Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to provide day-to-day oversight of fixed asset and leasing accounting, managing staff and driving accurate, timely reporting across multiple operating divisions.

You will lead lease close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and CoStar/Blackline workflows while upholding internal controls and SOX compliance. This remote role supports the entire U.S. (excl. Hawaii/territories) with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related analytical field required (or related experience)
• MA/MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of finance/accounting experience; 1 year leading projects or teams preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with CoStar and Blackline is a plus
• Familiarity with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee fixed asset and leasing accounting processes and monthly close for leases
• Lead and develop accounting staff; champion group initiatives and internal controls
• Coordinate lease classifications, CoStar loading, and workflow reviews
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and rollforwards; support SOX controls
• Assist with quarterly rollforwards and analytical deck preparation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors; travel minimal
