Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to oversee fixed asset and leasing accounting across multiple divisions. You will lead the accounting staff and drive timely, accurate reporting while improving controls and processes.

Responsibilities include month-end close for leases, lease entries and reconciliations in Blackline, CoStar workflow, SOX tie-out, and lease classifications. Role is remote nationwide (except Hawaii/territories).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years finance/accounting experience.
• At least 1 year leading projects or people.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff for accurate, timely financial information.
• Oversee month and quarter end close for leases.
• Handle lease entries, reconciliations, and rollforwards (within Blackline).
• Coordinate SOX tie-out, CoStar exports, and journal entries.
• Oversee lease classifications, new leases in CoStar, and terminations.
• Support annual lease footnote preparation and internal controls.
