Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to provide day-to-day oversight of fixed asset and leasing accounting. You will lead a team, drive accurate financial reporting, and push for process improvements across multiple operating divisions.

The role emphasizes internal controls and KPI achievement, with minimal travel. The position supports a fully remote work model anywhere in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• At least 1 year of leading projects, processes, or people.
• Advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to organize work and meet deadlines across multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
• Oversee month and quarter end close process for leases.
• Manage lease accounting entries, reconciliations, and rollforwards (including CoStar).
• Coordinate SOX tie-out and journal entries; ensure internal control compliance.
• Assist with researching lease accounting issues and implement process improvements.
