Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to provide day-to-day oversight of fixed assets and leasing accounting, delivering accurate financial information to multiple operating divisions.

The role leads the accounting staff, champions internal controls, and drives process improvements. This remote role requires 5+ years in finance/accounting, at least 1 year leading projects, strong MS Office skills, and a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MA/MBA preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience.
• At least 1 year leading projects or people.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; MA/MBA preferred.
• PeopleSoft GL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month and quarter end close process for leases.
• Handle monthly lease entries, reconciliations and rollforwards.
• Oversee fleet funding and lease payment tie outs.
• Prepare quarterly rollforwards and schedule supports.
• Lead annual lease footnote preparation for 10-K.
• Manage new lease classifications and CoStar loading.
• Oversee lease extensions/terminations and maintenance in CoStar.
• Provide research and resolution of lease accounting issues.
