Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Lease Administrator for a remote role handling global lease administration for small to midsized accounts within a global structure. You will manage client relationships, oversee data integrity in lease systems, and lead communications with clients and internal teams.

You will ensure accurate billing, monitor lease milestones, and support governance programs while working effectively in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with major portfolio management databases (Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan).
• Experience with multi-line global accounts (1,000+ leases) and global account management structures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding global lease administration matters.
• Understand client business objectives, real estate portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain client contract data in WorkTrac including scope of work, fee structure and billing.
• Conduct regular client meetings to present portfolio updates, metrics and reports.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs such as reporting cadence and communications.
• Track expirations, option dates and other critical lease information.
• Oversee data abstraction and input of rental obligations per client standards.
• Review and approve monthly client billing and pass-through expenses.
• Maintain lease database integrity and support onboarding of new accounts.
