Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator to manage lease administration for global accounts and serve as the primary liaison for clients and internal stakeholders.

You will track leases, expirations and financial data, and coordinate across a distributed team to ensure accurate, timely reporting and billing while maintaining high client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with portfolio management databases (WorkTrac, Visual Lease, ProLease, CoStar).
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work remotely and manage time independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on lease administration matters.
• Track expirations and option exercise dates; maintain lease data per contracts.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates, metrics and reports to clients.
• Oversee global team deliverables and support onboarding for new accounts.
