Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a global Lease Administration team, oversee lease abstraction, reporting, and client relationships. You will manage people, mentor analysts, oversee complex leases, and ensure accuracy across WorkTrac, Colliers360, and other systems.

Remote role across listed US states; compensation range $87,862 to $93,500; strong emphasis on governance, performance metrics, and collaboration with landlords, clients, and brokers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with multi‑line global accounts (1,000+ leases) a plus.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency; strong data and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage people and build teams within Lease Administration.
• Be the managing lease analyst on large accounts and lead small teams.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords as needed.
• Provide quality control in databases and run reports.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and interpret complex lease language.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation, and QC for assigned accounts.
• Develop account processes, playbooks, and client governance programs.
• Prepare monthly rental schedules and review charges with landlords.
• Lead transitions, escalations, and risk mitigation strategies.
