Job summary

Colliers International in the United States seeks a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a remote team and oversee lease abstraction, QC, reporting, and client governance for multiple accounts. You will coordinate with landlords, brokers, and internal stakeholders to optimize portfolio performance.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in CRE lease administration, strong data accuracy, and proficiency with CoStar, Yardi, and ProLease. Remote work from listed states is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in CRE lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multiple CRE database applications such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease or similar.
• Experience with global multi‑line accounts (1000+ leases) and global account management structure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work remotely and manage teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead lease administration team; manage people and build teams.
• Oversee lease abstraction and quality control for assigned accounts.
• Communicate with clients, landlords, and brokers; manage escalations.
• Create, edit, and run reports in lease administration databases.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and train on key duties.
• Maintain and update client contracts, scope, and playbooks.
