Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a team across multiple account assignments. You will oversee lease abstracts, data quality, and client communications, ensuring alignment with contract scope and reporting requirements.

The role supports remote work from various US states, with a compensation range disclosed and bonus eligibility. Strong leadership, process improvement, and client service are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease)
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a lease administration team on large accounts; oversee and mentor Lease Analysts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords; manage relationships.
• Produce and review lease abstracts, recoveries, and credits; ensure data accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and reports; maintain client governance programs and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts, scope of work, and billings.
