Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.
• At least 7 years of relevant CRE lease administration or related accounting experience.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease.
• Experience in global multi-account management (1,000+ leases).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage people and build a Lease Administration team.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and QC for assigned accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates and metrics.
• Ensure client contracts are entered in WorkTrac and governed.
• Monitor expirations, option exercise dates, and charges.
• Support account transitions and setup.
• Lead investigations of disputes and reconciliations.
