Job summary

Colliers in the United States seeks a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a team of Lease Analysts and oversee complex lease portfolios. The role requires coaching staff, maintaining process playbooks, and ensuring accurate rent, CAM, and expense billing in accordance with client contracts.

You will drive client governance, deliver regular portfolio updates, and maintain data integrity across Colliers360, WorkTrac, and other systems while partnering with landlords and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, accounting or similar field.
• Proven experience in lease administration and supervision of teams.
• Strong reporting, analytics and data-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage people and build a Lease Administration team, aligned with hiring practices.
• Oversee a large account and mentor a team of Lease Analysts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, account managers and landlords as needed.
• Provide quality control within the database to identify errors and inconsistencies.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Mentor and train Lease Analysts on key duties.
• Interpret complex lease language and ensure accuracy in data.
• Oversee abstraction, translation and quality control for assigned accounts.
