Job summary

Colliers International in the United States is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a global lease team, drive accuracy in lease data, and maintain exceptional client service. You will oversee abstraction, reporting, and the translation of complex lease language while aligning with client objectives.

You'll manage a diverse group of Lease Analysts, mentor staff, and coordinate with Landlords and account teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant CRE lease administration or related accounting experience.
• Experience with multiple CRE software databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, or Virtual Lease.

Responsibilities

• Lead a lease administration team and oversee hiring practices.
• Serve as main liaison with clients, brokers, and landlords.
• Ensure QA and data integrity in Lease Administration databases.
• Prepare and analyze reports, dashboards, and portfolio metrics.
• Mentor lease analysts and train on key duties.
• Oversee abstraction, rent data entry, and expense reconciliations.
