Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease or Virtual Lease or similar portfolio software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a lease administration team; oversee analysts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, landlords and internal stakeholders.
• Create, edit, and run reports in lease databases; ensure data quality.
• Maintain account processes, playbooks, and transition setups.
• Oversee abstraction, rent recovery, and expiration tracking.
