Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a team and oversee lease data integrity for diverse client accounts. You will mentor analysts, manage complex lease language, and ensure accurate reporting across Colliers360 and WorkTrac environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or property management.
• Experience with multi-location accounts and large lease portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and direct report HR functions.
• Lead lease analysts on large accounts and mentor team members.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords; oversee QA/QC of data.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Oversee abstraction, translation and quality control for leases.
