Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration in the United States to lead a team of Lease Analysts on large accounts, oversee onboarding of new client assignments, and ensure accurate lease data and reporting.

You will mentor staff, resolve disputes with landlords and clients, and drive reliable monthly schedules, reconciliations, and QA across database systems such as CoStar, Yardi, ProLease, and WorkTrac.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant CRE lease administration or property management experience.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease or similar systems.
• Strong remote work capability and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a Lease Analyst team across multiple accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers and landlords for assigned accounts.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control.
• Prepare monthly rental payment schedules and reconciliations.
