Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead the Lease Administration team and coordinate with global stakeholders. You will drive accuracy in lease abstraction, reporting and client service across assigned accounts.

The role requires prior experience with commercial real estate databases and a strong ability to mentor staff, manage escalations, and ensure service excellence for landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or property management.
• Experience with multiple lease database applications such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, or Virtual Lease.
• Proven ability to manage multi-account portfolios and lead global teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/IFRS/FASB knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and client/vendor relationships.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control for assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of Lease Analysts and coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates, metrics, and performance reports.
• Mentor staff on key lease administration duties and process improvements.
• Ensure accurate billing, rent, CAM, operating expenses, tax and insurance.
• Coordinate account transitions, playbooks and processes across accounts.
