Job summary

Colliers International seeks a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a team responsible for complex lease data, client service, and portfolio reporting. You will guide analysts, ensure data integrity, and drive governance across global accounts.

You will mentor staff, interpret lease language, and maintain processes such as abstractions and reporting calendars while collaborating with Landlords and tenants to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multiple CRE database applications (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead a lease administration team on large accounts and oversee a small team of analysts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers and account managers; coordinate with landlords.
• Develop, review and present portfolio updates and metrics to clients.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation, quality control and data integrity.
• Prepare and run reports; maintain processes, playbooks and governance programs.
• Manage relationships, escalations and risk mitigation for assigned accounts.
