Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead and develop a remote-enabled team across multiple accounts. You will oversee lease abstraction, reporting, and client communications to ensure accurate, timely deliverables.

The role requires deep knowledge of lease processes, strong leadership, and the ability to drive process improvements while maintaining client satisfaction. Compensation reflects nationwide scope and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or property management.
• Experience with multi-line global accounts and large lease portfolios.
• Proficiency with lease administration databases and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a leasing team and oversee management of assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, and landlords; maintain strong relationships.
• Create, edit and run reports in lease administration systems.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and train team members on key duties.
• Oversee lease abstraction, data quality control and accountability for accuracy.
