Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead and optimize lease operations for assigned accounts. You will manage a team of Lease Analysts, ensure accurate lease data, and maintain strong client and landlord relationships while guiding governance and reporting.

You will oversee abstraction, translation, and QC processes, participate in transitions, and drive timely, accurate rent and expense administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with multiple commercial real estate databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease, or other portfolio management systems.
• Experience handling multi-line global accounts with large lease portfolios.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and deliver service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and client implementations for assigned accounts.
• Lead a small team of Lease Analysts across multiple accounts and provide mentorship.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords as appropriate.
• Maintain data quality and run standard reports in lease databases.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation, and quality control for assigned accounts.
• Assist in account transitions and maintain account playbooks and procedures.
• Prepare monthly rental payment schedules and review rent/ CAM/ OpEx charges.
• Present portfolio updates and KPIs to clients and drive governance programs.
• Identify risks and mitigate through proactive project management.
