Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a global team of Lease Analysts and oversee lease abstraction, translation, and quality control for multiple accounts.

You will manage client relationships, mentor staff, and produce schedules and reports in WorkTrac and other CRE databases, while ensuring accurate financial data and governance across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, accounting, real estate or similar field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multiple CRE database applications (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease).

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and direct reports.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control for assigned accounts.
• Lead client communications with landlords, brokers, and account managers.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and train on key duties.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Maintain account processes and playbooks; ensure accurate client contracts.
• Participate in client presentations and new business pitches.
• Ensure governance and quarterly/annual reviews with clients.
