Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Manager of Lease Administration to lead a team and oversee lease data quality for major client accounts. You will manage resources, mentor analysts, and coordinate with clients, brokers, and landlords to ensure accurate, timely reporting and governance across a global scope.

Ideal candidates bring seven plus years in commercial real estate lease administration, strong oversight capabilities, and proficiency with CoStar, Yardi, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and direct report HR functions.
• Lead a large account as the primary lease analyst and mentor a team.
• Communicate with clients, brokers and landlords; ensure timely portfolio updates.
• Oversee abstraction, translation and QC for lease data.
• Produce reports and dashboards; maintain client governance programs.
• Drive process improvement and risk mitigation across global teams.
• Review charges, recoveries, and lease terms per contract standards.
• Ensure accuracy of lease data in systems and oversee account transitions.
