Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a team handling lease abstraction, QA, and client communications. The role focuses on managing accounts, ensuring accurate lease data, and delivering regular portfolio reports.

Remote with flexibility; experience in large multi-location CRE accounts and proficiency with platforms such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, and WorkTrac is valued. Strong leadership and client relations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant CRE lease administration or property management experience.
• Experience with major CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease, or other systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and a team of Lease Analysts.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation, and QA for assigned accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords; present portfolio updates and metrics.
• Prepare monthly rental payment schedules and review rent, CAM, and operating expenses.
• Maintain data integrity in Lease databases and ensure adherence to client contracts.
