US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to oversee fixed asset and leasing accounting, guiding the team to deliver accurate financial statements across multiple divisions. The role emphasizes strong leadership and process improvements.

The position focuses on month-end close for leases, journal entries via CoStar, SOX controls, and collaboration with internal teams. Remote work is supported nationwide with minimal travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related analytical field required (or related experience).
• MA/MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to staff to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
• Oversee month and quarter end close process for leases.
• Includes lease entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, and cash flow tie outs.
• Includes exports from CoStar for journal entries and SOX tie out.
• Includes quarterly rollforwards and schedule supports for the Analytical Deck.
• Annual lease footnote preparation for 10-K disclosure.
• Oversee new lease classifications and loading into CoStar; review workflows.
