Job summary

US Foods is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to oversee fixed asset and leasing accounting, manage staff, and deliver accurate financial services across divisions. The role focuses on KPIs, process improvements, and internal controls with minimal travel.

The remote-Anywhere designation allows work from anywhere in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and territories). The base role supports lease classifications, CoStar workflows, and quarterly/yearly financial disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related analytical field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Experience leading projects, processes, or people is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Oversee month and quarter end close for leases.
• Manage lease entries, reconciliations, and rollforwards in Blackline.
• Coordinate COStar leases loading and SOX tie out.
• Support annual lease footnote preparation for 10-K.
