US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to oversee fixed asset and leasing accounting, leading the team to deliver accurate financials across divisions. The role emphasizes internal controls, process improvements, and KPI achievement.

The position is remote anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii or U.S. territories, with minimal travel. An annual incentive plan bonus is included alongside comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in finance and/or accounting.
• At least 1 year leading projects, process improvements, and/or people.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize/organize/multi-task.
• Attention to detail with thorough, accurate work.
• Strong written and verbal communications.
• Analytical skills for complex information.
• Independent thinking with initiative.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Experience with PeopleSoft GL is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead staff to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
• Oversee month and quarter end close process for leases (including entries and reconciliations).
• Manage cash flow rollforwards and related schedule supports.
• Coordinate CoStar exports for journal entries and SOX tie-out.
• Oversee fleet funding and lease payment reconciliations.
• Prepare annual lease footnotes for 10-K disclosures.
• Oversee new lease classifications and loading into CoStar.
• Handle lease extensions/terminations and maintenance in CoStar.
• Provide research and resolution of lease accounting issues.
• Perform testing of internal control procedures and financial analyses.
