Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience.

• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong prioritization, organization and multi-tasking.
• Attention to detail and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff for timely financial information.
• Oversee month/quarter end close for leases.
• Manage lease entries, reconciliations, and rollforwards.
• Coordinate with CoStar and SOX compliance.
• Handle lease classifications, extensions, terminations, and loading into CoStar.
• Drive internal controls, process improvements, and issue resolution.
• Travel minimal
