US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to oversee fixed asset and leasing accounting, managing staff, and delivering accurate financial services across divisions. The role focuses on implementing controls and process improvements while meeting KPI targets.

The position operates as Remote Anywhere, 100% remote within the U.S., with minimal travel and collaboration with finance teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of finance/accounting experience.
• At least 1 year leading projects or people preferred.
• Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff to ensure timely delivery of financial information.
• Oversee month and quarter end close for leases.
• Perform lease entries, reconciliations, and rollforwards (Blackline).
• Coordinate lease classifications, loading into CoStar, and workflow reviews.
• Oversee lease extensions and terminations and maintenance in CoStar.
• Research and resolve lease accounting issues; ensure internal controls compliance.
• Support financial analysis and review complex balance sheet accounts.
