Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to oversee the fixed asset and leasing accounting team and deliver accurate financial services across divisions. You will drive KPIs, champion internal controls, and lead process improvements while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role is remote anywhere in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and territories) with minimal travel and an annual incentive plan bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading projects, process improvements, and/or people preferred.
• Advanced skills using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication abilities.
• GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge.
• Experience in a Financial Shared Services environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
• Oversee month and quarter end close process for leases.
• Manage lease entries, reconciliations, and rollforwards (Blackline).
• Coordinate exports from CoStar for journal entries and SOX tie out.
• Oversee lease classifications and loading into CoStar; manage extensions/terminations.
• Ensure strong internal controls and support the Analytical Deck and 10-K disclosures.
